GOAL PLAN




-make a exercise schedule
-organize my time to do my school assignments and Colombia's work as soon as possible in order to have enough time to go to the gym
-go to bed early to don't be tired next day
-have a good breakfast every day
-start drinking water
-smoking less then my breathing will be better and it will help my body to have faster results.
-make and exercise routine
-if one day for any reason i'm not able to go to the gym I'll have to exercise half hour longer next day
-try to eat healthier, and eat food with less percent of fat because I'm prone to have high cholesterol
-do my yoga exercise again to improve my breathing and stretching
-as soon as the weather gets better start again to play soccer every tuesday and ride my bicycle as much as I can

    This is a mightily ambitious plan--I will be interested to hear how it all turned out, or whether you found yourself focusing more intently on one or two specific aspects.
