Thurday 17

Today was a good day, warm and sunny. Perfect to ride bicycle by the beach. I did longer than 2 hours and at the afternoon I walked around Back bay. I started to drink water just today, it wasn't bad, hopefully I'll love doing it. Cereal and fruit were my breakfast, chicken salad at lunch and small jam sandwich at night, I think it was good food for today. I have been smoking the same amount of cigarettes but I'll try to get it down slowly.

Wednesday 16

Today because of the weather I wasn't able to ride my bicycle, so I was at home all day long. I cooked kind of healthy food. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

first week

I couldn't post my results every day but this is the summary of my first week.
By the way, I think I'm doing good and following my plan well.
I started working out on monday of the last week but just on tuesday after class I did my schedule and figure out the gym routine which I'm going to follow.
I went on wednesday, thursday and friday to the gym as I planed, on weekends I'm not supposed to go so I didn't go but I walked a lot around Boston which helps.
I'm smoking around three cigarettes less per day, but on sunday I was in a party and I smoked a lot that night. I know that when I'm drinking alcohol I use to smoke much more so I'll try to keep less smokes in my pocket when i go to a party.
I haven't started drinking water, it's hard for my because I don't like it but I'll start to keep a bottle of water in my bag.
Fortunately this monday and tuesday have had a nice weather so I have been able to ride my bicycle and hopefully the rest of this week will have a better days so I could do it for these days. It is really good because I'm not going to Umass so I can't go to the gym.
Because I'm not going class this week I'll begin tomorrow doing some yoga.
The food has been good, kind of healthy, but today (tuesday) I went to a Colombian restaurant and I ordered some fat things.

I hope that i'll keep doing well my plan and try to fix that points which I haven't met yet.

GOAL PLAN




-make a exercise schedule
-organize my time to do my school assignments and Colombia's work as soon as possible in order to have enough time to go to the gym
-go to bed early to don't be tired next day
-have a good breakfast every day
-start drinking water
-smoking less then my breathing will be better and it will help my body to have faster results.
-make and exercise routine
-if one day for any reason i'm not able to go to the gym I'll have to exercise half hour longer next day
-try to eat healthier, and eat food with less percent of fat because I'm prone to have high cholesterol
-do my yoga exercise again to improve my breathing and stretching
-as soon as the weather gets better start again to play soccer every tuesday and ride my bicycle as much as I can

authority and obedience



Manifestations of authority and obedience are expressed every moment in every circumstance, but always with a different intensity, though. Actually, in our group I couldn’t say that there were a strong demonstration of authority and obedience because each part of it was an agreement between the members of the group. Nevertheless, I would say that when one of us chose a picture or a sentence, even the order the speakers, there you can see the one who order and the one who obey. However, really it was just agreement rather than an illustration of the topic. Working in our presentation, and after to have seen other groups, I realized than everywhere we can see the presence of those terms but simply we had never thought about it before.
